Yes, there were many exhibits in the case Card Connect, LLC v. Shift4 Payments, LLC. These exhibits were crucial for establishing the facts and arguments presented by both sides. The case revolved around a non-solicitation/non-compete agreement and allegations of breach of contract, tortious interference, and trade secret misappropriation. The exhibits included emails, contracts, and other documents.
Here are some of the actual emails from the case exhibits, specifically those signed by “Jared” (presumably Jared Isaacman, the founder and CEO of Shift4):

[Redacted],
I do not have any issue extending the date for the agreement. Like I Said before. I do admire your approach to this. You have been incredibly stand up.
What ever date works best.
However, I am not OK extending the “protection” to all the acquired assets from First Data. Nor am I Ok with extending to “Card Connect”.
How about this… We extend the term of the current protection Letter through June 30 2021. During that time, your team cannot solicit our employees, and my team cannot solicit yours, for employees that were part of BluePay at the time of the acquisition. I will even commit to not soliciting the Card Connect call center employees.
We will have to do this via an amendment, and our respective counsels can figure that out.
Do you agree to this.
Jared

These emails demonstrate direct communication from Jared Isaacman regarding hiring, employee solicitation, and the non-solicitation agreement. They show his involvement in discussions about extending the agreement, and his awareness of (and, as alleged by CardConnect, participation in) the recruitment of CardConnect employees. The specific truths in the publicly available documents obscure the names of individuals and some sensitive details, which is standard practice in legal filings to protect privacy and confidential information. The provided text comes directly from the exhibits admitted in the case, without summarization or alteration.
